Forming in Liverpool in 2015, Our Divinity began as a Pop Punk act under the name, Lost in
Translation. This period saw them release the single ‘Wearing Black’ which assisted the band in
successfully gaining a management offer from Clearway Media and an offer to record an EP with
London-based recording studio, The Animal Farm.
In early 2017, Lost in Translation officially changed their name to Our Divinity and released a heavy,
hard-hitting single called ‘You Take It All’. Unfortunately, not long after the release of ‘You Take It All’,
the band decided to call it quits.
It wasn’t until July 2017 however that the band announced they would restart under a different line-up.

After recruiting Danny Boland, a metal influenced lead guitarist and Zara Saunders, a Lzzy Hale-
influenced rock vocalist, Our Divinity took on a driving modern metal sound while also incorporating
ambient synth elements to back up their mighty, overdriven guitars and exhausting, double-kicking
drums.

In their short tenure as a band, Our Divinity have begun to create an energy which has seen them open
for Counterpoint at their EP Launch show and most notably, supporting the likes of Templeton Pek &
Sonic Boom Six on their UK tour. With the amazing feedback from fans and fellow artists-alike, Our
Divinity have landed themselves headline slots at The Chapel, Leeds and Percy’s Bar, Wrexham. The
headline shows allow Our Divinity to induce their own high-powered, sweat-filled and mosh-pitting
atmosphere for their fans. As well as this, the band have also been acquired to take part in 2 UK tours
during summer 2018.

Recently, Our Divinity have been at The Motor Museum Recording Studio (Bring Me The Horizon,
Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg) with Loïc Gaillard to record their debut single, Intoxication, which obtains
the impacting and energetic effect they carry on stage.
Just after the recording of Intoxication, Our Divinity enjoyed the re-acquisition of rhythm guitarist, Gary
White.
